Don't forget your water bottles and sunscreen as you hit the lakes, rivers and creeks. The water's reflection seems to like to help the sun in its constant attempts to turn us all bright red and leave us sadly remembering the trip. Remember life jackets for the kids if you are fishing from a boat!

REPORT AS OF 7/22/08

Fishing along the shoreline is hot!!!

Tom Mokele from Meridan, ID used orange powerbait for a nice 5 lb. 12 oz. rainbow.

Young Greg Diano from Corona used the same to catch his 5 lb. 6 oz. rainbow.

Chartreuse worked for Jack Hamilton, also from Corona, for his 4 lb. 13 oz. rainbow.

An occasional Kokane being caught on lures, browns are still down deep.
